About Your Host
Colin Fragar
Colin Fragar was practically born into the property business. His father Max Fragar has celebrated over 50 years as a town planner. During his career, he played a part in more than 22,000 developments and the building of more than 84,000 houses.

With this upbringing, Colin bought his first house at the age of 19 and went to university, completing a Double Degree in Law and Business (Distinction) Majoring in Finance. Shortly after, Colin completed a further Masters Degree in Property Development.
Throughout this time Colin kept steadily building his property portfolio and by the age of 26 he had 13 properties. This enabled Colin to take a two year sabbatical, where he spent time in Africa working as a Christian Missionary.
Today, Colin is the CEO of Council Approval, where he continues to work alongside his father and wife Loren to help ordinary people find development sites and get them approved through Council.
He is a best selling author, having co-authored Secrets of Property Millionaires Exposed.
To date Colin and his team have helped 30,000+ people with their council approval or property project. He has created a successful positive cash flow property portfolio using the unique strategies he teaches.
